The Faculty of Education is committed to providing the highest quality Christian education based on the principles of God’s Word. Our Faculty, by virtue of its commitment to strengthening the mind, body and soul, educates the whole person as God created us. The faculty offers programs to prepare undergraduate and graduate students for careers in teaching, counseling, and leadership in school settings.
Both undergraduate departments as well as the graduate program equip aspiring teachers with theoretical perspectives, practical classroom experiences, and opportunities necessary to become highly qualified and effective Christian educators. The graduate program in Education further enhances these qualifications, setting students apart as highly competent educators. Clinical experiences, including student teaching and internship opportunities, as well as cross-cultural education experiences, enable teacher candidates to gain first-hand classroom experience under the mentorship of experienced teaching professionals. Graduates leave well equipped to excel in a variety of classroom settings.
